About Molly & MJones Compliance

My background in construction started in estimating, where I worked for a demolition contractor and gained a real understanding of how the industry works behind the scenes. From tenders and supply chains to the requirements contractors need to meet to win work, it gave me experience of both the commercial and compliance side of construction.
 

Compliance was something I naturally became good at, particularly accreditations, PQQs and the documentation that comes with them. That eventually led me to start MJones Compliance, helping contractors take the stress out of applications and paperwork so they can focus on running their businesses.
 

Marketing came a little later and grew from something I genuinely enjoyed doing. Working so closely with construction businesses, I could see that many of them were brilliant at what they did but struggled to showcase it. I now also help contractors with their websites, social media, content and branding - giving them support not only to stay compliant, but to look professional, build their presence and win more work.
